Why it works
Progress is the thing that brings people back.
A customer who can see they are four stamps from a free coffee has a reason to choose you over the place next door. That is the whole mechanism.
More repeat visits
Customers come back more often when they can watch progress building toward something they actually want. The card does the reminding for you.
It builds itself
Photograph your shopfront and your logo. We read your colours, set the type, lay out the card and work out the reward maths. You approve it, you do not design it.
Nothing new at the counter
Staff scan a customer's card with a device you already own. No terminal to install, no integration with your till, no hardware to buy.
Wallet messages
Stay in mind without buying an ad.
The card is already on their phone, so it can speak up on the lock screen. Sparingly, and only when it is useful.
Slow Road Coffee
You are two streets away and three stamps off a free flat white.
Nearby
A nudge when they are close
The card surfaces on the lock screen when a customer is near your door.
Harbour Cafe
Your free drink is ready to claim next time you are in.
Reward ready
Tell them the moment it lands
An earned reward that nobody notices is a reward that never brings anyone back.
Chai Garden
New menu from Saturday, and double stamps all weekend.
Announcements
Say something when it matters
A new menu, an event, a quiet Tuesday you want to fill. Rate limited, so it stays welcome.
Insights
Every regular you keep is one you do not have to find again.
Winning a new customer means competing for attention and usually paying for it. Keeping one you already have means noticing, at the right moment, that they have not been in for a while. The card is the thing that lets you notice.
- Every visit is recorded. Who came in, when, what they have collected, and when they were last through the door.
- A real number for regulars, not a guess. Anyone carrying your card who has visited at least twice counts, and you watch it climb.
- Visit frequency tells you what is working. Change the reward, change the threshold, and see whether people come back sooner.
- Redemptions show what the programme costs you, next to the repeat revenue it brought in.
And a deliberate limit. We record visits to your business, nothing else. Not what your customers browse, not where else they shop, not anything about them beyond a name and one way to reach them. Visit data is enough to run a loyalty programme, and it is the part your customers will not resent you for holding.

Win them back
You will know who stopped coming in.
Knowing is only half of it. The other half is doing something about it before they have found somewhere else to go.
- Your customers sort themselves into new, regular and lapsed, without you keeping a spreadsheet.
- Lapsed customers get flagged automatically, rather than quietly disappearing.
- One tap sends them a reason to return, straight to the card in their wallet.

What it costs
No tiers. No call.
A$497
a year · after 60 free days
Your first 60 days cost nothing. After that it is A$497 a year, about A$41 a month, or A$79 a month if you would rather stay flexible. Same service either way. Cancel from the dashboard.
A regular means one customer who has added your card to their phone wallet and visited at least twice.
Questions
The things people ask first.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code once and the card drops into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on their phone. No app, no password, no account to create. This is the single biggest reason people abandon loyalty programmes, so we removed it.
How long does setup actually take?
About fifteen minutes. You choose stamps or points, photograph your shopfront, logo and menu, and we generate two or three finished cards. You pick one, adjust anything you want, and publish. Your enrolment QR and printable counter card come out the other end.
What do I need at the counter?
A device you already have. Staff scan the customer's card to add a stamp or redeem a reward, and it takes a few seconds. There is no terminal to install and no integration with your till.
What if it does not work for my place?
Your first 60 days are free, so you can run it properly before you decide. If it never reaches 100 regulars in that time you owe nothing, and you keep the card, the artwork and your customer list whether you carry on or not.
Can I change the card after it goes live?
Yes. Edit the design, the reward or the thresholds and republish. The updated card pushes out to every customer who already has it, so nobody is left holding an old one.
Who owns the customer list?
You do. You can export it at any time, and you keep it if you leave. Your logo, your photographs and the artwork we generate from them belong to you as well. We do not share one business's customers with another.
Why not just use a paper card?
Paper cards get lost, get forgotten in a wallet, and tell you nothing. You cannot see who your regulars are, you cannot tell when someone stops coming in, and you cannot do anything about it. A card on a phone counts itself and reports back.
Ready to meet your regulars?
Two things to start, and your first 60 days are free.
